I've been told rubbing the inside of a banana peel  on your teeth helps with whitening but I haven't tried it.

I've heard of this the most but I've also heard it can be bad for your teeth to do it too long or often.

 I've got soft teeth...won't the baking soda be too abrasive on them?

I've been meaning to try this. I love natural things! I know my dentist recommends only using peroxide once in a while as it can be damaging to use it on a regular basis.
