Do you put it on the inside of your lower lid or just on the outside?

I put black on the top lash line, and white on my lower waterline.

I line my upper and lower lid in blackest black.

lately I just line the top of my lids. Today I was experimeting and I lined the bottom inside my lower lid....and I remembered why I stopped hahaha. I don't like how it looks on me.

i only put eye liner on my top and bottom water line, unless im doing something special then i use liqud and its only on the top lid

Depends on the look. I apply liner on the waterline (inside of the lower lid) as well as on the top waterline. Depending on the look it can be black, cream or a color.

I just line the upper eye. I use a powder(actually my eyeshadow) and  it falls into my eyes

I tightline my top with either black or brown and then do a nude on my lower waterline.

depends on the makeup look I'm going for but nine times out of ten I alway tighline my lash line.

Usually just my upper lids on top of the lashes.

Just top bottom ages you and style change also not as common now to line bottom
