Do you put it on the inside of your lower lid or just on the outside?
I just line the top with black, sometimes I'll line my waterline with white.
Depends on the look I'm going for, but I usually do the waterline.
Outside. Right at the root of my lashes and the egdes of my bottom outer eye. Mine are too sensitive for the water line.
