Baby shampoo once a week. I'm thinking of using rubbing alcohol for day to day.

I use my makeup remover and face wash once a week, then I buy new ones every 6 months or so. I hang them with the bristles down to dry. I use my blow dryer on the highest setting to get them mostly dry right after rinsing. I'm very prone to facial irritation so I have to be pretty careful.
