Ill keep these suggestions in mibd

Quoting kika.fleur:

Deep condition using a hair mask, avoid exposing hair to direct sun, use less heat (blow dryer, curling iron, straightener.) If you have split ends or they are very dry, trim them.

I was seaside last month for about 7 days, and between the sun, the reflexion of the sun from the ocean, and the water quality (I didn't swim in the ocean or in the pool) it dried up my hair fast.

I've had good results with VO5 hot oil treatment, and I also love to massage coconut oil into my hair and leave it all day (I don't go out in public, of course.)  Wash before bed with a gentle shampoo.

Any suggestions on brand of deep conditioner

I've never had it. But I use deep condition my Aussie 2 time a month. I also don't blow dry or use "heat" on my hair much.

I also switch up my shampoo and conditioner to let my hair not have the same stuff on it all the time
