Hi, I'm Morning Star. I live in Washington state, about an hour from Seattle. I have 2 children, my daughter is 20 and my son is 5. My DD was *gasp!* public schooled, but she dropped out in time and is doing quite well. My son is my wonderful little wizard. I have been with my husband for almost 16 years and he is my knight in shining armor. I am new to unschooling as my son is only 5 but I love the very idea of it. I'm looking forward to getting to know other unschoolers!

Oh! I just found out about the Life is Good unschool conference in Vancouver WA. Have you ever been? It will take some serious planning, but I would love to attend.

I'm in Victoria... My kids are 20 and 22.

We live on the Tulalip reservation, you may have heard of our lovely resort hotel and casino. *eye roll* I can't complain, we built a little house and it's right off I-5 but our backyard is all woods.
