American Red Cross Month

Do you help to support them? Have you or nayone you know ever been helped by them?

My roommate was volunteering for them for the past 2 months. We donate occasionally. They were really helpful last year in the area after Hurricane Irene flooded some of our towns.

I always donate something when they call.Usually the clothes the kids have outgrown.

 I always donate blood. I have heard stories of them doing a lot of great things to help people. We have an employee here at work who lost their house and everything in it to a fire last year. The Red Cross never showed up to help. He still gives blood and talks highly of them. He said "maybe someone just needed them more at the time."

I support them. I haven't donated in a long while. I donated blood a year ago and passed out three times. My friends got a laugh, but due to recent events I'll be going back. I also donate anything else they generally need.
