I know!! It was the second time she had lobster and she had no reaction the first time and seemed to be okay with shrimp too. So weird.

a little pink or well done depends on how it is served. If I cook it is well done if Shawn does it is a little pink

That's not slightly allergic. That's 'get me to the doctor, get me diagnosed and have an epi pen' allergic. Food allergens, how do I say this, each reaction tends to get worse and worse.

I'm not trying to scare you here, at all, but I'm deathly allergic to shell fish, and when it started it was just a rash when I was young. Shell fish is one of those allergens that's super sneaky- it can slip into a vegetarian pasta at a restaurant and any number of other dishes if the cooks aren't careful or well trained, so the best bet is to have the doc test her, and to walk you through the life saving steps and what you should keep with you, for us it's usually a 50 mg dose of benadryl, a shot, and then a follow up trip to the ER or the doctors office to make sure. Again, I'm seriously NOT trying to scare you, but that rash may be the best thing to happen to you, so you can be prepared.
