Last night, I made a big meal so people could come over. I had rice and beans, homemade mashed potatoes (usually we make instant), homemade salsa with tortilla chips, italian sausage (with hot dog buns), london broil made in a family recipe (always a hit), and turkey burgers (since I had guests that don't eat red meat).

Oh and Pete bought a fresh rotisserie chicken from his job. We have left overs for today and tomorrow! Lol!
