make it illegal to buy a soda in a restraunt and other type of fast food places to get a soda above 12 oz i think it is taking it to far if they get that they will tell you what you should eat.

I very much dislike this. I believe it is all a money issue. I know they say to help fight the obesity crisis but if they only have where you can get 12 oz and say I want a 32oz I order 3 they get the money from me having to buy 3 and the taxes from 3 instead of 1 32oz cup. I think government needs to stop telling us what to do with our bodies.

I am originally from NYC and now live in upstate NY. It won't pass. He tried to do the higher tax on soda and failed.
