I don't know if this is the biggest but not having my parents at my wedding is one. and not getting to know my grandparents.

My only true regret is not following through with pharmacy school after doing all the pre-requisite work.  But in my defense I stopped because my desire to have children was stronger than my desire to continue on with school.  Nothing has changed though.  I desire being home with my children and the idea of not being there for them because I am in school or studying hours and hours per day is off putting.  So my regret is that I didn't figure out what I wanted to do with my life before I had kids, I guess, but I wouldn't change a thing now.
