One of the things that I was looking forward to when I was pregnant was attending Mommy and Me classes. Now, they are everywhere where I'm from but i was wondering if anyone knew of any classes like these around here?

I haved had three sons and I have never once been to a Mommy and Me classes. Honestly I don't think I have ever heard of them as bad as that sounds. I am not sure if they have them here or not. But they do sound kinda fun.

Yea everyone does different thing. Some show mommy's ways to work out using their babies body weight and the baby's just sit and enjoy the ride. Other are baby massage classes. other are mommies introducing their babies to each other and singing songs and playing games. Stuff like that.

The library has mommy and me classes for babes up to 18 months!!! I haven't been because I have nothing to do with my 4 yr old. But you should try it out!
