It's so rare th at I drink milk that I don't think of carrying lactose pills. I don't like the stuff, think that it smells worse that the stinkiest cheese, and even watching someone drink milk makes me ill. I do cook with it, and that breaks it down sufficiently for me.

mine was nice went out with the girls on fri and relax with the family the rest of the weekend. going to see toby keith this sat with my husband and some friends =)
