today i got to step up on the boxing and do the boxing examination on the wii. the first one the hardest and most tiring one I did good with. but the second one on doging punches I did horribly with. I do it again tomorrow. I didn't realize the intesity which is good so tomorrow boxing will be my only work out instead of doing walk away the pounds also. I don't need it with the boxing.

Maybe you can do 10 minutes at a time,

well the boxing thought I do lots of movement and go in all directions  I move my legs, back, arms , butt etc. so that's why I don't need the walking. plus the boxing burns off 300 more calories than the walking.
