My mother loves dining tables. Marble dining tables, to be exact. Round ones. So she's got two of those, and just bought a huge table that took 18 people to move. Her desk can also be used as a dining table. And when I first moved house she lent me a table since I hadn't yet bought one. My brother successfully resisted any pressure from her to get him a table, so the one she had already bought became my desk. It's huge!
