When my kids were young I used them all the time.
Cut them out every week.
Once they left UI stopped completely.
Now I use the ones we get from the store .. but don't go through the paper anymore to look

I try to use them. I'm still trying to figure out whether its saving me money! But I feel like I'm doing something. I do try to use them every week, if I have one for something I need.

I don't use them often b/c I don't think they're alway worht hte aggrevation for how much they give off or I don't buy 2 of what they want you to buy.
