If you were offered two free courses in whatever subject, what courses would you take?

It sounds like you enjoyed being a paralegal to want to go back to it again :-)

Are there online courses that you can take, even if it's only part of the coursework that you have to do in order to get the certificate?

I think I would go back to freshen up my office skills, I've been a SAHM for too many years now.

Also, go back to take a Paralegal certificate.  I did the actual job for years, prior to moving overseas, but I've heard that the laws have changed and now you are required to have a certificate and pass some exam like lawyers take the bar exam.  It might be a State issue though, meaning some states require this and some don't.  I haven't dug deep yet into this.
