Going to try something new!

So I didn't do very well with the 30 day shred, going to try something else. i bought dance central (my bff used it to lose 40 lbs), and i bought dh the ufc training game. so maybe we'll start working out together lol. anyway, school is almost over (3 more days!!) and so is my babysitting job (my aunt gets here tomorrow) so I should be able to get back into a better routine. I'm hoping to reach my ideal weight by my birthday (about 30 lbs in 5 months).

Nice on having bought that but I think also working out together with your DH will really help too.
YaY on school & your baby sitting almost finished!
Will give you lots more time to work out <g>

glad you are trying different workouts. Sometimes certain ones are not for you or not working out.

I did that too. something will click . My neighbors do different ones....one is into running. I hate running but will jog and walk. One is doing treadmill, which I do not like either. I jogwalk, do stationary bike, or hulahoop

Hope this new one will be a good one.

Keep in mind that what works for one person doesn't always work for another.  We are all individuals and our metabolisms are just as individual.  Which is why dieting doesn't really work/  You have to find what exercise program works to keep your metabolisim going and exercise program that is right for you, not your friend.

Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat and even though you may not see results on your scale (you may even gain weight) you are losing the fat but gaining the muscle.
