We are not suppose to be on our phones at work, but the overnight nurses don't care. As long as we are still doing our work.

Anything over an hour or so in the evenings is still a lot to me :)    ...yes but I am also reading when watching tv, crocheting, stationary biking, being here...so it is not unproductive sitting .

Quoting hugss:

That's a lot of tv in one day then :)   ...mostly at night. Daytime is laundry, gardening, errands, reading night and day hours.

Quoting hugss:

Is that the total for one day?  Each day ?     ...yep ...some days are different. More on days with my shows for tv plus news.

Quoting kiweerose:

tv...maybe 5 to 8 hours depending on movie or shows.

video games....gave it a rest and doing word search and fill ins in book form

computer ....maybe 2 hrs ...not straight time.

phone.....0 only for emergencies
