I'm making a fruit salad for our Sunday BBQ - have been told that in no way can we have ice cream for dessert as we've had that twice in a row already!

Oh it is soo amazing it is vanilla pudding with cool whip, butter, powered sugar, cream cheese all blended to 
geather with ground up oreo cookies on top it is so rich and so delicious!!

Which would mean that it can't grow here in the tropics since the weater isn't ever cold enough.
The only reason we had so much ice cream is that we have been having potluck Sunday lunches, and people kept bringing ice cream for dessert LOL!

One dessert especially nice in the summer...and VERY easy. Take an already prepared graham cracker pie crust in the pan. Take a large Cool Whip and mix in a small, still frozen can of lemonade. Pour cool whip mixture into the pie crust and cool in the frig a couple of hours for the flavors to blend. Cut and serve. Not real fattening either. Favorite summer fruit is probably fresh peaches.

The only reason we had so much ice cream is that we have been having potluck Sunday lunches, and people kept bringing ice cream for dessert LOL! ...oh that is funny on that...it is the easiest dessert.
