Lol.... zero seconds add stop wearing them years ago and my podiatrist would be upset seen I have a broken foot and back. I have them in a box somewhere and I would need several people to hold me up if I even tried. Do you have any around still? If I sit down and tried them on would still fall while sitting.

I agree no or very little heel for me. I do like boots but they have no or very little heel.

zero minutes for me.  I might make it 30 seconds before I take them off.  It's more a matter of being uncomfortable than not being able to balance.

Same for me.  The highest heel I can spend any time in (an hour at most) is a 1-1 1/2 kitten or wedge heel which I only wear on very special occasions, and only if I don't have to be on my feet more than an hour. When I was 16, I was in a serious accident and broke my hip, making my left leg shorter by 1/1 inch. I've had back problems most of my adult life because of this, and 3 years ago, I had a back injury.  I am now 66, and while I still dress well, stylish, not dowdy, I must make concessions about heels.  I buy dressy looking shoes that have very low heels, and that are very comfortable, instead of heels. I have a pair of "sexy red heels" - open- toe, bright red patent leather shoes with 2 1/2 inch heels.  I really need to let them go.  :(
