I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 


Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Saturday-we had pan seared sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes
Last night we had BBQ chicken thighs with French fries
Tonight we're having marinated pork chops with mixed veggies
Tomorrow we will be having marinated pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes
Wednesday-cheeseburgers with fries
Thursday-not sure yet
Friday-DH and I work late as usual so it's fend for yourself
