I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 


Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

January 4 – 10, 2015


Sunday:

dinner – beef stroganoff, carrot salad


Monday:

dinner – crock pot beef roast & veggies


Tuesday:

dinner – Spanish beef & rice, salad


Wednesday:

dinner – chicken gumbo


Thursday:

dinner – Mongolian beef & broccoli


Friday:

dinner – crockpot honey glazed chicken, green beans


Saturday:

dinner – pizza,salad

Saturday-we had baked garlic chicken with red potatoes
Yesterday we had marinated pork chops which DH grilled with French fries
Today will be just me and DS so we'll have pasta
Tuesday-chicken cutlets with Swiss cheese melted on top with French fries
Wednesday-ham with diced potatoes, pineapple, and baby carrots
Thursday-marinated pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes
Friday-not sure since DH and I both work late

fend for yourself breakfasts...grain-free chunky monkey muffins, veggie omelets, sausage gravy over hash browns, veggie juice to drink


lunches....leftovers, grilled cheese sandwiches, broccoli/ham chowder, sausage & veggie soup, egg salad, tuna salad, tuna patties w/side salad


Sunday:

dinner – broiled sirloin tip steaks w/sauteed onions & mushrooms, sauteed summer squash/zucchini/peppers, roasted red potatoes


Monday:

dinner – chicken alfredo w/mushrooms, salad


Tuesday:

dinner – taco salad


Wednesday:

dinner – beef stew, salad


Thursday:

dinner – teriyaki chicken & veggies, salad


Friday:

dinner – MOM'S BIRTHDAY: ham roast, cheesy broccoli, sweet potatoes, salad, paleo pound cake w/fruit & whipped cream


Saturday:

dinner – pizza, salad

Yesterday we had jambalaya.
Today will be marinated pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes.
Tomorrow DH works late so DS and I will be having grilled cheese sandwiches with a side of our choosing.
Tuesday-marinated mahi mahi with white rice
Wednesday-stir fry chicken thighs with onion/bell pepper mix and white rice
Thursday-baked Italian pork chops with corn

dinner – honey mustard chicken, oven fries, carrot salad, beets


Friday:

dinner – salmon steaks with dill sauce, summer squash/peppers saute', coleslaw


Saturday:

dinner – primal pizza

Today-Italian baked pork chops with diced potato and onion combination
Tomorrow-DS and I are going out to eat with my MIL; not sure where yet
Tuesday-marinated steak with corn on the cob
Wednesday-Italian chicken sauté with white rice/diced tomato combination
Thursday-baked haddock with lemon basil Parmesan cream sauce with white rice
Friday-DH and I work late so I usually get takeout
Saturday-herbed pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes

Wednesday:

dinner – sage & onion pork chops, mashed potatoes, coleslaw


Thursday:

dinner – garden burgers, roasted onion rings, tomato/cucumber salad


Friday:

dinner – supper club cod, steamed broccoli & carrots, coleslaw


Saturday:

dinner – pizza
