I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 


Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

It is a plan-as-I-go week this week. I usually never do that but I didn't have time to plan meals this weekend. So we'll see what happens!

April 12 - 18, 2015


Sunday:

dinner – grilled chicken legs, grilled potatoes, summer squash/peppers/onions saute'


Monday:

dinner – beef roast, potatoes, carrots


Tuesday:

dinner – tacos


Wednesday:

dinner – artichoke chicken, oven roasted sweet potatoes, pickled beets


Thursday:

dinner – pork chops & rice, steamed broccoli mix


Friday:

dinner – burger mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes, green beans


Saturday:

dinner – BBQ chicken pizza, salad

Today we had baked Italian chicken thighs with white rice.
Tomorrow we're having marinated mahi sandwiches with mini corn on the cob.

Sunday:

breakfast – ham/asparagus/cheese frittata

lunch – grilled bratwurst, veggie salad w/ Italian dressing

dinner – zucchini lasagna, salad


Monday:

dinner – crock pot roast chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans


Tuesday:

dinner – taco salad


Wednesday:

dinner – cheeseburger salad


Thursday:

dinner – beef stroganoff, salad, glazed carrots


Friday:

dinner – shepherds pie


Saturday:

dinner – pizza, salad

Tonight we had baked Italian pork chops with veggies.
Tomorrow DH works late so DS and I will be having pasta.
Tuesday-Swiss chicken cutlets with fries
Wednesday and Thursday-not sure yet LOL
Friday DH will be cooking since he has the day off.
Saturday we leave for our 4-day Disney trip! 😊

Saturday we had marinated pork tenderloin with red potatoes
Sunday we had sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes
Yesterday we had tacos
Tonight we'll be having pork chops with fries
As for the rest of the week, I have no idea! LOL
