I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 



Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Saturday DH worked late so DS and I had pasta.
Sunday we had chicken cordon bleu with fries.
Yesterday we had sliced ham with pineapple slices, baby carrots and mashed potatoes.
Today we had yesterday's leftovers LOL
Tomorrow we'll be having Italian marinated pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes.
Thursday-pepper steak with white rice
Friday both DH and I work late so it's fend for yourself
