I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 


Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Yesterday we had garlic pepper sirloin steak on the grill with fries/baked potato.
Today it's just me and DS since DH works late so DS has requested linguine. 😊
Tuesday-marinated mahi with corn
Wednesday-jambalaya with white rice
Thursday-Italian baked pork chops with diced potato and onion
Friday-DH and I work late so it's fend for yourself

February 15 - 21, 2015



fend for yourself breakfasts...grain-free chunky monkey muffins, grain-free chocolate zucchini muffins, veggie omelets, eggs & sausage, veggie juice to drink


lunches....leftovers, sausage & veggie soup, egg salad, tuna salad, tuna patties w/side salad, baked fish w/veggies, chef salad


Sunday:

dinner – paprika pork roast, sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli or broccoli salad


Monday:

dinner – crock pot beef & gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad


Tuesday:

dinner – chicken fajitas, mexican corn salad


Wednesday:

dinner – cheeseburger salad, oven fries


Thursday:

dinner – crock pot General Tso's chicken, steamed broccoli & carrots OR teriyaki chicken & veggies


Friday:

dinner – sloppy joes, salad


Saturday:

dinner – pizza, salad

Saturday we had baked Italian pork chops with diced potatoes and onion.
Yesterday we had lemon Parmesan crusted salmon with white rice
Today we're having garlic baked chicken with red potatoes.
Tuesday-marinated pork chops with zucchini/carrot/onion veggie blend
Wednesday-marinated steak with corn on the cob
Thursday and Friday-fend for yourself because DH works late both days and I work late on Friday
