Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Wednesday:

dinner – sausage/pepper/potato skillet, apple salad


Thursday:

dinner – bruschetta chicken, salad


Friday:

dinner – crock pot steak dinner

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

dinner – tuna patties, pea salad, homemade chips


Thursday:

dinner – HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, sweet potato casserole, green beans, honey-glazed carrots, 7 layer salad, cranberry salad, pumpkin & cherry pies, mini cranberry cheesecakes


Friday:

dinner – Thanksgiving leftovers


Saturday:

dinner – pizza, salad

December 8th thru 13th

Monday-ham with baby carrots and mashed potatoes
Tuesday-sausage and shrimp jambalaya with white rice
Wednesday-cheesy Italian baked pork chops with red potatoes
Thursday-leftover pasta for me and DS; DH will have gluten free pepperoni pizza. (DS has a school function that he and I are going to and DH works till 7)
Friday-DH works till midnight and I work till 6:30; my in laws pick DS up from school and I pick up whatever they want for dinner on the way home from work.

Monday - crock pot beef roast/potatoes/carrots


Tuesday – chicken enchilada bake


Wednesday – Christmas Eve dinner at my parents (pizza and cake)


Thursday – Christmas! Ham (crock pot), cheesy bacon ranch potatoes (crock pot), sweet potato casserole, scalloped corn, sauteed green beans w/mushrooms & bacon, layered slaw, fluffy cranberry salad, turtle pie


Friday – ham/broccoli/cheddar casserole (from leftovers)


Saturday – pizza, salad

December 21-27

Sunday-DS and I will be having pasta. DH works till 9.
Monday-DH works till midnight so more pasta for me and DS! LOL
Tuesday-garlic chicken thighs with potato wedges
Wednesday-DS and I will be going to the in laws' for Christmas Eve dinner; I'll be bringing leftovers home for DH since he works late again. We'll be having ham, green beans, potatoes, and I can't remember what else. LOL
Thursday-Christmas Day! Prime rib, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, gluten free cornbread, salad, and corn.
Friday-marinated pork chops with white rice
Saturday-not sure yet LOL
