I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time.

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours.

Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

I have to stick to low carb meals, which is why some dinners have "options".  I also avoid starchy foods, but my family will eat them.

We had no money to buy groceries for this week (at least not the typical groceries), so I have to "make do" with what we already have on hand.

Sunday - beef roast, potatoes, carrots, applesauce spice cake

Monday - meatloaf, potatoes, corn, salad

Tuesday - Spicy chicken sandwiches, cream cheese filled celery sticks

Wednesday - Shepherd's pie

Thursday - Teriyaki chicken & veggies

Friday - sausage/potatoes skillet meal, green beans or salad

We'll shop on Friday or Saturday.
