I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 



Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Grilled steak, potato salad, veggie salad 

Roast chicken, rice, butternut squash 

Spanish steak & rice, corn 

Potato & ham soup, pumpkin muffins 

Shepherd's pie 

Biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, pumpkin muffins 

Salisbury patties & gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans


Banana muffins (snack)

Saturday-we went out to eat at Carrabba's
Sunday-baked Italian pork chops with red potatoes
Monday-T-bone steak with fries
Tuesday-herbed pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes
Tonight DH is working till midnight so DS and I had pasta
Tomorrow we're having ranch baked chicken with fries
Friday-DH is working late again so DS and I will have leftovers

Sunday - Lasagna w Italian sausage, salad

Monday - Spicy chicken fillet sandwiches, macaroni salad, beets

Tuesday – Slow Cooker Southwestern beef wraps

Wednesday - Bruschetta chicken, cucumber tomato salad

Thursday - Tater tot redneck casserole, corn

Friday - Hamburger stroganoff

Saturday - Pizza casserole

Tonight DH is working late so DS and I had pasta.
Tomorrow we're having marinated pork chops with loaded mashed potatoes.
Memorial Day-we're going to have some sort of BBQ; we're having friends over.
Tuesday-DS and DH are going to a baseball game down in Miami so I can have whatever I want! :)
Wednesday-Italian chicken thighs with white rice
Thursday-leftovers
Friday-not sure yet

May 29 - June 4


Sunday -  pulled pork sandwiches, veggie chips, pickle spears, pickled beets

Monday - Birthday/holiday cookout – macaroni salad, grilled burgers/hotdogs/chicken, baked beans, chips, cucumber tomato salad, pineapple cream salad, cake and ice cream

Tuesday - tacos

Wednesday – teriyaki chicken, oriental orange salad

Thursday – hamburger mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes, green beans

Friday -  sloppy joes, veggies

Saturday - pizza
