I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 

Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Jan 15 - 21

Sunday - Chicken cordon bleu, asparagus, French bread

Monday - Italian meatloaf, salad, parmesan potatoes, coconut cake

Tuesday - Cheesy taco skillet

Wednesday - Sausage & spinach frittata, sweet potatoes

Thursday - Oven fried chicken, applewood potatoes, green beans

Friday - Beef stew

Saturday - Pizza salad

Sunday - roast turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, broccoli (possibly as a salad)

Monday - shredded beef bbq sandwiches, oven fries, salad

Tuesday - white chicken chili

Wednesday - pork chops, squash, fried apples, grean beans

Thursday - cheesy bbq chicken skillet meal, salad

Friday - tuna casserole or tuna patties, salad

Saturday - pizza salad

Sunday - Artichoke chicken, smashed potatoes, salad

Monday - Sloppy joes, oven fries, green peas, salad

Tuesday - Tater taco casserole, chocolate covered cherry cake

Wednesday - Creamy tortellini soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, cucumber salad

Thursday - spaghetti (zoodles for me), garlic toast, salad

Friday - Grilled steak salad, oven fries

Saturday - Hawaiian pizza, salad

Breakfasts:  choice of eggs (any which way), flaxseed pancakes, smoothies

Lunches:  choice of leftovers, soup, tuna cakes, salads


Sunday - baked chicken & gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans

Monday - shredded beef, salad

Tuesday - Chili

Wednesday - parmesan chicken, salad

Thursday - sausage/potato/pepper skillet

Friday - roast chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli

Saturday - pizza salad

Breakfasts - carrot cake breakfast cookies, carrot cake pancakes, apple cinnamon pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, omelets

Lunches - homemade soup, leftovers, tuna cakes & salad, or chef salads


Sunday - Oven bbq chicken, potato salad (made with cauliflower instead of potatoes), carrot/apple salad

Monday - Broccoli/ham/cheese soup, sandwiches (?), tossed salad

Tuesday - Primal chicken enchilada casserole

Wednesday - Tater tot casserole

Thursday - Spicy chicken sandwiches

Friday - Pork chops, baked beans, green beans

Saturday - English muffin pizzas

Breakfasts:  choice of carrot cake pancakes, banana pancakes, Greek yogurt, eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, grapefruit & other fruit

Lunches:  tortellini soup, fish cakes (salmon or tuna), salads, veggie plate, leftovers


Sunday - crockpot teriyaki pork tenderloin, carrots, salad

Monday - chicken parmesan casserole, salad

Tuesday - spaghetti & meatballs (freezer meal), garlic toast, salad

Wednesday - sloppy joes, peas, salad

thursday - goulash, veggie plate

Friday - Shepherds pie (freezer meal)

Saturday - Chicken alfredo pizza
