I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 



Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Jan 15 - 21

Sunday - Chicken cordon bleu, asparagus, French bread

Monday - Italian meatloaf, salad, parmesan potatoes, coconut cake

Tuesday - Cheesy taco skillet

Wednesday - Sausage & spinach frittata, sweet potatoes

Thursday - Oven fried chicken, applewood potatoes, green beans

Friday - Beef stew

Saturday - Pizza salad
