Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Sunday: hoisin grilled pork chops, pea salad, grilled potatoes


Monday: bruschetta chicken, salad


Tuesday: Spanish steak & rice, salad


Wednesday: crockpot beef roast/potatoes/carrots


Thursday: grilled chicken legs, grilled potatoes, salad


Friday: cheeseburgers, oven fries, salad


Saturday: pizza, salad

dinner - crockpot chicken & broccoli divan


Monday:

dinner – grilled steak, not sure about sides


Tuesday:

dinner – out for dinner (family's splurge for the week)


Wednesday:

dinner – cheeseburgers (no bun), fries, fruit salad or sliced tomatoes


Thursday:

dinner – beef stroganoff, glazed carrots


Friday:

dinner – grilled bratwurst, broccoli salad, peas

dinner – pizza, salad

breakfasts are fend for yourself: smoothies, grain-free banana waffles, grain-free blueberry pancakes or muffins, eggs, sausage, juice


lunches are fend for yourself: leftovers, wraps for Dylan and Mom, sandwiches/soup, skillet meals

dinner – grilled chicken legs, broccoli salad, ambrosia


Monday:

dinner – crockpot beef roast/potatoes/carrots

Friday:

dinner – crockpot roast chicken, sweet potatoes (in 2nd crockpot), green bean casserole
