I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 


Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

March 2 – 8, 2014


Sunday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, grain-free banana bread, veggie juice

lunch – lettuce wraps, homemade soup

dinner – crockpot pulled pork, homemade coleslaw, oven fried sweet potatoes


Monday:

breakfast – leftover breakfast bake, veggie juice

lunch - leftovers

dinner – oven fried chicken, oven fries, roasted asparagus


Tuesday:

breakfast – asparagus & cheese omelets, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – tacos


Wednesday:

breakfast – grain-free sweet potato or pumpkin pancakes, blueberries

lunch – leftovers

dinner – unstuffed cabbage roll casserole


Thursday:

breakfast – fried eggs, dairy-free smoothies, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – crockpot spicy roast chicken, baked sweet potatoes, pea salad


Friday:

breakfast – FFY

lunch – leftovers

dinner – crockpot beef roast, potatoes, carrots


Saturday:

breakfast – FFY

lunch – FFY

dinner – pizza, salad

lunch – leftover meatballs & gravy from wild game dinner, steamed broccoli mix

dinner – buffalo chicken dip, veggie sticks, sweet potato salad


Monday:

breakfast – French toast made w/grain-free banana bread, juice

lunch – skillet meal

dinner – Irish stew, grain-free Irish soda bread (biscuits), Bailey's marbled cheesecake


Tuesday:

breakfast – omelets, juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – taco salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – Hawaiian chicken w/pineapple and peppers


Thursday:

breakfast – coconut flour pancakes w/applesauce, juice

lunch – tuna patties w/tomato slices, side salad

dinner – ground turkey meatloaf, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli


Friday:

breakfast – omelets, juice

lunch – leftover meatloaf made into taco soup

dinner – honey mustard chicken, oven fries, green beans
