I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 


Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Today we're having garlic chicken thighs with diced potatoes and onions.
Tomorrow we're having marinated salmon with white rice.
Monday-Italian baked pork chops with mixed veggies
Tuesday-ham with baby carrots, mashed potatoes, and sliced pineapple
Wednesday-herbed mustard chicken breast with white rice
Thursday and Friday-playing it by ear
