I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 

Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

Sometimes I will saute them in butter for a few minutes, sometimes I boil them a few minutes.  I don't really add seasonings because the food I am pairing with it has plenty of flavor.

Sunday: Happy Father's Day - grilled bratwurst, potato salad, fruit salad, chocolate peanut butter cookie pizza 

Monday - sloppy joes, salad 

Tuesday – Dana's (white Ro*tel dip) nachos, salad 

Wednesday – grilled steak, cucumber veggie salad 

Thursday – crockpot ham roast /carrots/baked beans 

Friday – honey mustard chicken/steamed broccoli & rice 

Saturday – pizza & salad

Tonight we had baked haddock with garlic and parmesan red potatoes
As for the rest of the week, we're leaving for our Myrtle Beach vacation tomorrow morning! :) I can't wait.
