I like to plan at least a week's worth of meals at a time. 

I will post mine here; please feel free to also post yours. 



Keep in mind that I try to follow a nutrient dense food plan and keep my meal plans grain/gluten-free (GF), but many of my dishes that are specifically GF can easily be made with traditional ingredients.

January 24 - 30

Sunday - chicken zucchini parmesan

Monday - meatloaf, potatoes, peas & carrots

Tuesday - tacos

Wednesday - crockpot pork chop stroganoff, green beans

Thursday - sausage/peppers/onions/potatoes skillet

Friday - A-1 Dijon steak, potatoes, broccoli

Saturday - individual pizzas/zucchini pizza boats

I only have 2 meals planned, for tonight and Tuesday night. I'm suffering from a cold so it's going to be a "fend for yourself" kind of week.

Tonight it's turkey breast with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Tuesday night it's marinated pork chops with loaded mashed potatoes.
DH works till midnight tomorrow so it'll be just me and DS.

January 31 - Feb 6

Sunday - spaghetti squash & meatballs, zucchini saute'

Monday - Crockpot roast chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, corn

Tuesday - quick taco skillet

Wednesday - chicken alfredo lasagna w/spinach & mushrooms

Thursday - crockpot beef roast dinner

Friday - spicy chicken sandwiches, broccoli

Saturday - individual pizzas

Saturday we ended up going out to eat.
Last night we had ranch baked chicken breasts with fries.
Tonight we had baked salmon with cilantro butter and white rice.
Tomorrow we're having marinated pork chops with loaded mashed potatoes.
Wednesday-herbed pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes
Thursday-Swiss chicken cutlet sandwiches with fries
Friday-DH and I both work late so it's fend for yourself

Feb 7 - 13

Sunday: (Super Bowl) pulled pork, spicy fries, tomato cucumber salad

Monday:  CP beef stroganoff, peas & carrots

Tuesday:  smothered jalapeno popper chicken, corn salad

Wednesday:  Potato flake chicken legs, oven fries, green beans

Thursday:  tater tot casserole, veggie salad

Friday:  chili

Saturday:  individual pizzas.
