What are you planning for Easter menu this year?

Our whole family is getting together for a brunch and egg hunt. I am making blueberry muffins & orange Julius, & bringing apple juice. I have no idea what everyone else is bringing. Lol

We usually go to the in-laws or my parents' home.

Hmmm, if we have to do our own dinner, here's what I'd have:

deviled eggs

veggies & dip

roasted smoked ham or roast pork

roasted asparagus & baby carrots

ambrosia

dacquoise with lemon filling

A spiral ham is all I have planned.  Probably a vegie of some sort and mashed taters.  Ill probably have to make dinner rolls for dh and kids but none for me.  We'll have a few sides like olives and pickles.  Not sure if or what for dessert yet.  Dh doesn't like anything lemony and that would be my first pick lol

 Haven't got a clue since we usually go to my MIL and now we're delaying celebrating Easter with her for a week.  I've got to come up with a menu ASAP!

My Mom does Easter dinner. We are having Ham(baked in the maple syrup we made ourselves this year and pineapple), mashed potatoes, scalloped poattoes, macaroni salad, mac and cheese, pistachio salad, baked beans, rolls.

I am bringing deviled eggs, pisatchio cake, chocolate pies(either the southern chess kind or the kind from "the help"...haven't decided) and some honey butter rolls because I am obsessed with them, lol.
