I am having a very simple cook out with my family at my Sister's House.  My Sister has a built in pool so after I get off of work at 2:00 I am going there.  She already has my clothes, food and drinks for cook out and she live right across the street where I work She said everybody could go there to swim and I said then the rest of us will bring the food and drinks.  This was a last minute thing.  This is the Sister that has Cancer so I don.t want her to over do it.  I hope Everyone has a Safe and Happy Memorial Day!!!!!  Thank You to all our Solders, Vets, and all their Family!!!!!

Just my family and hubby's dad, step mom, and brother. I put a pork roast in the crack pot early this morning w/ garlic powder, onion powder & BBQ sauce. I'm letting it cook till about 1pm, taking out the none, shredding and leaving it on low for about another hour for pulled pork sandwiches.

I also made homemade coleslaw (made the dressing from scratch) last night to let it marinade overnight. Fil is grilling hamburgers & hotdogs & hubby's step mom is making potato salad & corn on the cob.

We went to my best friends house Sun.We had hotdogs,sausages,potatoe salad,watermelon.Some of them played volleyball,we had a pinyata for the kids mostly but the adults had fun hitting it also lol.
