What do you plan to make?
What everyone else said, lol.
For me the basic things you really need are almond flour, coconut oil, and milk alternative(we use almond milk). There is of course others, but those are bare basics to me. I try to keep these in stock, but I often have to use another flour because almond flour is VERY expensive here.
I have a local organic and whole foods country store. They are meninite(religion) and do everything in bulk. I love their store! Spices are so much cheaper. Try to find something like that in your area...if not, online may be your only option. MichigansMom would probably have a link for the best places to get flours online.
HMm I dont know yet i maybe some paleo bread and blueberry muffins they are my favorite
