I bought a carton of large eggs at Aldis for .55 cents a dozen!!

They are around 1.35 here usually, but this week they are on sale at Smith's for .77 cents.

1. because it's Aldi (I love their prices!)

2.  Supply is readily available.  Egg producers recovered from the avian flu epidemic a year or so ago with new hens, but be aware that avian flu is rearing it's head again.  Unknown at this point how hard or widespread it will hit.
