Their first hair cuts? What age. Did you keep a locket of their hair?

I just got my ds's hair cut today for the very first time. He will be 19 months tomorrow...I kept some of his hair.
Now my 4yo will not let me take her to get her hair cut. She flips out everytime I ask her.

My friend cut a lock of dds hair when she was a year and a half. dd had this crazy mohawk thing and I couldn't do anything with her hair! We saved that small lock. Other than that, she hasn't had one.

My oldest DD was a year when she got hers and my youngest DD is 2 1/2 and still hasn't gotten her 1st haircut, her hair is taking forever to grow it seems like.  We just trim her bangs.

Jackson got his first haircut on his 1st bday. We kept a lock of his hair and got a certificate from Snip Its. They were even nice enough to let us have 2 so my mil could have one also. He actually just ended up getting haircut #2 last weekend (16 mo) since his hair grows so fast!

DD1 was three and a half. I kept a lock of her hair. 
I haven't cut DD2's yet, she's two but has a mullet and it might get cut soon. IDK.

Alex was about a year and a half old and had a Mullet, lol. Carter was about 22 months, and just had a bunch of wisps! We saved hair from both of them :)

My boys wern't aloud to get their hair cut until they turned one...and the small barber shop in town has certificates for first timers...they get their picture in the local paper and I got the certificate with a locket of hair...lol

Come on mom...mullets are what goin on...bussiness in the front party in the back...lol...dh sported one until the second year of our marriage when I told him I was gonna shave the 80's off his head in his sleep...lmao
