If I breast feed and formula feed as well as pump what are my chances of my milks supply decreasing? I was straight up breast feeding but the pedi wants me to formula feed as well and I pump so my SO can feed the baby as well (that just started today)

He is 2weeks ppd will be 3weeks on wednesday I'm sorry I should've been clearer his Dr wants me to give him a scoop of formula to my breast milk cause she says he is underweight and wants him to gain weight... So I do that twice a day and the rest is straight breastmilk I just dnt want to dry up I love that I can provide the best nourishment for him
Quoting emmy526:why formula feed? time and again studies have shown that breastmilk is superior to formula...you should BF more, and cut down on the formula...how old is your child?
