tips for flat top stoves

I will be moving to a place that has a flat top stove. Do any of you have tips on how to clean it naturally?
Right now I am cooking on a gas stove and I am intimidated by the flat top. So if you have any tips regarding cooking on it let me know.

I've never tried Shaklee products, but I do know that they are 100% safe. I heard that their "scour off" cleanser works like magic and won't scratch either. I am trying to find a local Shaklee dealer around here to buy some.

Glass stove top can be hard to clean. That's what we have. You can find some glass top cleaner in store.
