Supplies:
-Pipe cleaners
-Paint (red, white, blue)
-Glue (optional)
-Glitter (optional)
-Paper

Directions:
Take 4 pipe cleaners.

and fold them in half.

Then twist the bottom portion to create a handle.

Then fan out the pipe cleaners to create a star shape.

Next I took red, white and blue paint and mixed each one with a little bit of glue.  This is optional...but my kids wanted to add glitter to their fireworks...so I thought this would make it easier for it to stick.

Dip your pipe cleaner in the paint and stamp away!  I told the kids to stamp in the same spot.  After they lift the pipe cleaner up, turn it a little and stamp again.  And repeat the process with a new color.

Then sprinkle some glitter. (optional)

Here's our little firework show....Happy 4th of July!
