Post here throughout the day as you track, maybe this well help those of us who have fallen off track lately!
I just finished breakfast, 4points used so far. I actually calculated everything instead of guessing on stuff I wasnt sure about.
Breakfast- Coffee (2 cups)- 3pts, fajita meat (2 oz) 3pts with 0pt pico de gallo and 1/2 a grapefruit with splenda
I have 12 points left for the day. So far so good.
A bowl of fiber one honey 7 pts
8-10 thin mints 10 points (why is it when i'm in alot of pain I eat???)
I am treating myself to a 4point Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sunday. Never had the before.
I have 11 points left for the day, hope I can manage on just that.
