Breakfast- 1 cup multi-grain cheerios 3pts, weight watchers yogurt 2pts and a banana.

I just finished breakfast, 4points used so far.  I actually calculated everything instead of guessing on stuff I wasnt sure about.

I am treating myself to a 4point Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sunday.  Never had the before.
