How can I get back on track?

I have gained 15 lbs back ladies. How do I get back on track??

Where I struggle:

I need to be able to emotionally eat when I can. 

I just feel like I can't enjoy food at all.

I have been making sure I have tons of fruit in the house. I love watermelon and canteloupe I cut it up bite size so I can sit with a bowl and pop them into my mouth. So far its been working for me. Things in my life have been really good lately and I have still been binging, I think I need a therapist to lose weight lol. Good luck with everything!!

I also need help! I lost 96lbs as of Easter and now have gained back 25lbs. I'm so depressed over it I keep eating more... I never really feel full anymore... And just keep eating!

Also I drink crazy amounts of water and when I crave sweets I chew sugar free gum.

I am the same, if I have fruit cut up and there it makes a big difference to me. I also stopped drinking soda. I started the day with breakfast every day

Well ladies I am gonna attempt to track my food here. I think that may help me too.. IF I can remember to do it. Guess I shall see how it goes. FX....help me ladies!
