cauliflower crust pizza!

Made this tonight (modified to eliminate dairy) and it was DELICIOUS!

Well someone asked me if I'd heard of it when they found out I was wheat free, but didn't have a recipe, so I googled. There are several variations of the same basic idea, so here's what I did:

2 cups frozen cauliflower (cooked in a double boiler without adding any water to the cauliflower)
1 cup baked zucchini
1 egg
1 tsp corn starch
seasonings (onion powder, garlic, salt, oregano, basil).
After cooking the vegetables (use a towel to press out any excess moisture in the cauliflower) chop into a minced texture and combine in a bowl with the other ingredients. Spread in a pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Take out add desired pizza toppings and then broil for 8 minutes. The crust itself has only about 150 calories for the whole thing!
(Most recipes for this actually call for a cup of mozzarella and no zucchini or cornstarch, but since I don't eat dairy this was the modification I tried. I'm not sure what you would substitute for the egg, but if anyone has ideas it will be you!)
