Even though my house isn't very big, we are having Thanksgiving here.  We will have 8-9 adults and 4 children.  Plan on having all the traditional foods and hoping my dad makes his famous pumpkin rolls!  They are delish!!!!  http://allrecipes.com/recipe/pumpkin-roll-ii/

I usually make a twice baked potato casserole, which is simply mashed potatoes, mix in cream cheese, sour cream, bacon pieces, and put in casserole dish.  Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven until hot and cheese is melted.

A big Turkey 20 ponder :) I usually let a stick of butter sit out for awhile so it gets very soft..i mix that with some, salt, pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, garlic powder, onion salt,a pinch of paprika, poultry seasoning..and i think thats it.. so i mix that all together..and rub that under the Turkey's skin.. and i rub it inside the turkeys neck as well..I cook that  for a couple hours and poor alittle bit of the juices all over the turkey every hour. I also cover the turkey with tin foil.. and then at the very end i take the tin foil off to let the sides get  a nice brown color..

Gma's Stuffing!! So yummie, i dont have the recipe off hand..ill have to ask my mom for that.

Then sweet potatoes, i did one of Puala Deens recipes last year, so yum!

Usually sometime of greens, either brokly with cheese, or creamed spinach

And then all kinds of desserts, but this one is my favorite...

I hope you all are excited for thanksgiving!!
