Home Interior Decorating Ideas and Tips
Me and my husband just bought a new house (well new house to us) It was build in the 80s and they have redone some stuff in the house like ALL the counter tops in the kitchen and the bathroom both are new. But the tile in the kitchen is PiNK. Its commercial tile and is pink and white. The counter tops are also pink. I dont have the budget right now to redo the whole kitchen it is a big kitchen do you think there is anyway I can make this kitchen look good?
1.) I am looking for some kitchen curtains that will look good with it.
2.) Then just some stuff to not make it look SO pink, I was thinking about a big rug in the breakfast nook to kinda hide the pink tile.
The master bathroom is also pink but its not extremely big so I am redoing the whole bathroom.
1.) I want ideas for the master bathroom I want it to be romantic and peaceful (The counter tops will stay and they are a khaki color.)
Anyone that has any suggestions please write. Would love to see some pictures of your ideas too. THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!

Pictures of your kitchen and master bath would help. Also, what is your design style ... or what are you drawn towards? What feel are you trying to achieve?

this may sound silly but, if you find the opposite of that color of pink (i cant see it so i cant help you there) and use that color around the room expecially in the rug it will make the pink look more brown by tricking the eye.
it's kind of like in hair dye, if you go blonde and it turns out green, the hairstylist will add red (because red is the opposite of green) and that will make the color neutral (wich is brown) does that make since? hope this has helped. or you could just pretend that the pink isnt there and go about your decorating. lol... sometimes this does work.
