I hate the way my living room looks. My hubby bought a flat screen and now I have cords going down my wall and it BUGS me. I need tips and ideas, anything will help.

Take down everything on that wall except the tv. Install bookcases on either side of the tv. They will give you shelves to display all the adorable pictures you have as well as hide the cords on the wall. A piece of furniture under the tv will give you a balanced look.

Pick a great color and paint the wall. Don't be afraid to go bold because the bookcases, tv and other furniture will break up the space so that it is not overpowering.

You can create a great area that will make you and your husband happy.
