My sister painted her bedroom in my parents house a sage type green color, but I think for the trim she did a little of a cream color. It was still pretty white, just not pure white, if that makes since. sorry I don't have any pics, but it was really pretty!

by worrywart247 on Aug. 5, 2008 at 11:24 AMI can't post pictures, but my livingroom and hallway are sage green. I have medium color stained oak mouldings, so I did not paint that, but my curtains are cream with green and burgundy accents. I pretty much used those 3 colors as my accents. I love it! |

by chinamom_2 on Aug. 24, 2008 at 9:09 AMI was never a "green" person before, but this summer I found myself choosing colors for my stairway/landing. My stairway opens to my burdgandy living room and has hunter green carpet. So I chose sage green. Originally planned on color-washing the wall that you see from the LR in golds etc., but ran out of time. So I just painted it all sage green after I textured the walls....and all the trim including the stair railing is white. It looks GREAT and I love it. It did make it appear a little smaller, but remember, there are no windows.....so your office most likely has windows that would help. I do not regret it at all and if I can find a pic, I'd post it...but I"m not sure where they are! LOL! Now I'm thinking of repainting the LR a cocoa color. :) I'm always changing and want to "update" my home.
