(Hebrews 1: 8 ) "But unto the son he saith,Thy throne< O God, is forever and ever,a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdow, "

During the time that the book of Hebrews was written, false teachers were intimidating mant believers into thinking thier way of worship was inferior to the Jewish Temple ceremonies.Hebrews was written to convince Christains that they have a "better " way of worship.

The word "better " is used thirteen times in this letter and displays the superiority of this new way.The writer of Hebrews starts with the supreme subject, Jesus, In these verses we see His preeminence above Angles and Prophets. we also learn of His nature and His exalted position as the Son of God. Nothing in heaven or earth can can be compared to the excellency of the Son of God.

ASK THE QUESTION ? " HOW DO WE KNOW JESUS ? SOMEONE WILL ASSUREDLY SAY THAT WE KNOW JESUS BY PRAYER. YET THAT IS ONLY PART OF THE  WAY WE KNOW JESUS. THE WORD OF GOD REVEALS TO US WHAT PRAYER , BY ITSELF, NEVER WILL. PEOPLE MISS HALF OF GOD'S  REVELATION OF CHRIST IF THEY DO NOT STUDY THE WORD OF GOD. TODAY WE WILL STUDY GOD'S TRUTH TO LEARN MORE OF OUR BLESSED SAVIOR.
