This group is for step"MOMS" who treat their sk's the same as their own. Our family is a team and we work together to make the best of it. We will take care of our Sk's as our own. Meaning if they need punishment ( of any kind), we will give it. We have blended families. Our husbands and ourselves talk, and decide what is best for all our kids. We may not be the "MOM", but we are the mom, or female adult in our homes. We don't try to take the place of the Bio-mom, but we will be the best Step-"MOM" we can. We love our SK"s like our own, We will do our best to take care of them and keep them safe and happy.
If you are a mom that has to disengage i'm soory but this is not the group for you. There are groups on here that will be more helpful to you. This group is for moms that co-parent with Bio-dad and maybe the bio-mom to the best of our ability (if possible) for the good of the kids. Our motto is not, "Their you kids, you deal with it". Our motto is, "They are our kids how do we both deal with this". Our home life is a team we are all working together to benifit the kids.
