It isn't that I don't work in the church it just we don't work in the same area. I take pictures of events and just recently started planning our new preschool children's church. I don't have any advice bcuz I am far from being a fantastic writer. I can pray that God helps you form the words needed in these letters, but as for giving you an outline I can't help. We would also need to know what it is you are writing before giving you a scripture to add. and I am unformiliar with the position and what an instillation service is. I am sorry i can't help you any further.

Thank you for your reply, I do understand that you aren't good at writing and that you are a worker in a different kind of ministry, this is all new to me as well! A installation service is when you get a new PASTOR to your church and you install him into your church, so this is a big service that we have to celebrate him! I was just hoping someone that is a part of this group might know something about introducing yourself as a part of the installation team to be the person that inform all the others ministries of the upcoming events, I hope I explained it so you can understand a little. The only scripture I can think to use right now is the one about ... he gave some prophets, some apostles, some teachers, some pastors, etc. ... I think it is in Ephesians... that should be a good scripture to use since it is an instillation of your Pastor...
