http://www.lifeprint.com/ is a free sign language site for families. You can use it as a dictionary for signing words and it also has lessons and helpful tips.

Another great, free resource is the Baby Sign Language Academy. It has the largest interactive baby sign language dictionary on the web and printable baby sign language chart and basic sign language chart.
