Where is the mention of the EPA's Utility MACT Rule ?

I would think people would want to be informed on the upcoming higher utility rates...

At least some States are talking about it and keeping their citizens INFORMED on what the Obama Administration is doing....   Guess, it's better to make Obama sound better with his "stepping up pressure" on the $40/week unfunded tax cut, huh?

" the administration decided to issue this rule without a comprehensive analysis assessing how it will affect jobs and the price and reliability of electricity. "

[Lacking] Transparency compliments of the Obama Administration....
