I always think it is interesting to see what the actual makeup of a group is vs. the perceived makeup.  So, if you wouldn't mind telling us, how do you identify?

I chose other:  I want the US to stop spending on imperialist wars, and pre-emtive strikes aka the Bush Doctrine.  I support single payer health care, a healthy enviroment, and a hand up not a hand out for struggling families.

I chose the last option. The major two party system has been corrupted by corporate money and have essentially become two sides of the same worthless coin.

It looks like we are still majority conservative with Republicans leading Democrats by 10%.

Interesting.

I put myself as a conservative Democrat, but I vote for the most capable person, or try to anyway. I am actually registered Republican though, and up to about 10yrs ago, I would have fit better in the Republican party. The Repub party moved though, and I could not in good conscience move with them.

 ME TOO!

I put moderate republican, if that even means anything anymore.  I am more of a social moderate and fiscal conservative.

Liberal Democrat. I'm socially very Liberal and fiscally moderate. I'm pretty fed up with both parties anymore and will probably go 3rd party of write-in in Nov.

Thank God......it's Friday!!!

Liberals are not the same as progressives.   Bill Clinton was a liberal, but not progressive.  Obama is a progressive, not really all that liberal.

A conservative democrat isn't that someone who believes in financial conservatism, support of troops that kind of thing but leans democratic on social issues?

That sounds about right. However, both liberal and conservatives tend to support our troops. I think it is very supportive to bring them back home to their families.
