This is strange because I listen to Berry occasionally, used to more often when I was in the car during his show, and have never heard him bash gays.  And I've never heard him talk about wanting to shut down any establishment.  Just doesn't seem like his style, imo.

I'll stand corrected if it turns out to be true, but seems kind of weird to me.

I'm a  straight conservative.  I've been to gay bars. I don't want them shut down.  Did the radio host advocate for the the bars to be shut down?

 Don't care that the guy was in a gay bar but the hit and run.Why would he care if people found out he was there?Not good for his radio personality?

Yes, I would like to know more about this part of the story.  His show starts in just a few minutes, hopefully he will address it.

I know it's hard to believe, but there are conservatives who are not anti-gay. (SHOCKING, I know)
