THE FLAG IS GONE. Have You Noticed?!?!?!?!

THE FLAG IS GONE. Have You Noticed?

For a long time, we have noticed that the decor at the White House has changed since BHO moved in.

The Oval Office is now stripped of the traditional red, white, and blue, and replaced with middle eastern wallpaper, drapes, and decor.. The hallway that he walks out of to talk to the press now has middle eastern chairs, drapes, etc. And the thing that has bothered me the most is the bright yellow drape behind him every time he speaks from the white house. It has Arabic symbols on it and has been there from the beginning.
Today I received this and it clearly shows what I have been noticing. That bright yellow curtain is highly visible, but as you scroll down, you will see what is predominantly absent. Also, as you look at the pictures of other presidents speaking from the same spot, look at the traditional 'American' background and decor as opposed to the new decor. Trust me when I say that this is intentional. It should alarm every American.
What is missing at Barack Hussein Obama's press conference?

No it is not the teleprompters. See the other presidents pics for a clue.

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA

GEORGE WALKER BUSH

WILLIAM JEFFERSON BLYTHE CLINTON

GEORGE HERBERT WALKER BUSH

RONALD WILSON REAGAN

Unless either of you 2 (Abaco or BK15) personally know the Cains, your views hold no more validity than mine.

We all know about true coincidences. Further, if the allegations were false and Cain lacked the tenacity to stick with it persevere and stand up for truth, that is a clear reflection of his character.

Grant you we do not know for certain. I will give Mr Cain the benefit of the doubt when he consistently stated the allegations are false. I will not pretend to know better absent of any proof to confirm the accusations of adultery. I will not try him in the court of public opinion.

You are presuming to know the details and private matter representing the Cains. I will not do this. My passion for politics since 1978 has taught me to be very cautious concerning situations as such. The MSM is crude and vindictive when they are not fond of a particular Candidate. I take this into consideration and will not submit to condemning Herman Cain as you have. I respect Mr. Cain for being sensitive to his wife and family. He understands his priorities.

We already have one....Barack Obama!

My father was racist, too, until he got saved.  I vowed to never be like that.  I do not agree with op's racism, didn't then, and don't now.  I'm glad you at least try to overlook this to try and speak with your parents.  It was hard for a long while with me.

Just want to clarify...."The OP's racism".  Are you referring to me?  I am the OP of this thread.

The OP is not a racist.

Another poster within this thread was.

Thank you.  It would hurt me a lot if anyone ever thought of me as a racist.  I find it deplorable.

That goes for religion too.  God doesn't look at which religion we are or whether we follow any religion at all.  He loves us all the same.

I know you are not speaking to me....but why would it hurt you if anyone thought you were racist ? Especially if your not.  Some people think I might be a racist or a bi*$%.  Just because one thought of you as anything doesn't really matter. Only you know whether you are or not. I think it's racists to call someone racists.

If anyone thought I was a racist or a bigot or any number of undesirable characteristics it would hurt me because it would mean I have not done a good job representing Christ and the faith I speak of.  Racists are haters, I wish to convey LOVE, the love of Christ to those I talk with.

I don't believe you can have Christ's love in you and be a racist

Oh I quite agree on your last sentence.

Thanks for answering before I had to go to bed.  As part of experience in some groups there are some that twist words around and make it look what you responded with was not true. Only God knows my heart and my thoughts....that's all that matters really.

We all have different ways (gifts) of how we represent Christ and go by His leading.

I believe racist are people. People that are confused and don't know of God's love or are confused about it. We all have a sinful nature and have some dislike or stronger. But people just the same.

I just want to see love, Abaco.  Too many hateful, hurtful words among people. I agree completely.....the personal attacks are really immature Women on the net can get spiteful and nasty because of the anonymity factor...but if you (not you personally, but all of us in general)  were to talk to them on the street, no one would be as mean as I've seen people be in here.Agree

Goodness, we see these same women every day, but there is still the snide and hurtful remarks every day.  It just makes me sad.  I just want peace and kindness between ALL the ladies here. Agree again

But, those of us that profess to be Christians must try a little harder to show kindness.Agree.....I am not going to cozy up and try to appease one that is hateful in replies to myself or a friend. When I answer a thread for the first time I usually will state my opinion on it. And then after the fact is when attacks begin with what the other might think I'm saying....what I mean, how I feel, etc.  I am not going to tip toe around certain issues as not to offend anybody.  If we are going to speak of Jesus, we really need to represent Him.  And we can only do that if we speak love. What does speaking in love mean to you ?

Yet you still lean towards your views as if they are more valid - it sounds as if you have him judged guilty, without really understanding behind the scenes.  Unless any of us are out there running for office, and have to face such accusations, how do any of us know how we would react and what the public would judge us of, for a decision we make concerning the welfare of our family.  His family comes first and whatever it was behind his decision to step back, he chose to remove his family from the public's treatment of him, which reflects onto his family.

Poodles, I have to ask this....

Since you allege that you knew the email was bogus, but posted it anyway....what was your intent?

No offence, but I feel like it was a deceitful set-up. You saw hateful, hurtful words being hurled towards the President and fellow moms and you did nothing. You giggled and bumped the thread further.

Is this really a good way to represnt Him?

confused

Methinks not...and I am far from being a "good" Christian....but I'll try a little harder.

Peace out.~

How can anyone sit there and call people names when a woman has voiced her opinoins on a situation. We are not born to follow but to lead and  this IAGAL lives her life on her own path with her own views how can anyone bash her for doing so? Troll? This is like calling someone stupid, its pety. If you sat back and thought of everything you do or say that would offend one person, would you change any of it? I would hope not. We live for today and to spend so much time as everyone has over one persons POV shows great amount of time wasted. She is who she is and she thinks the way she does for her own reasons, as everyone else does. She never mentioned once that she is against blacks and she surely can't be against females (she is one--and seems a very out spoken one at that) She simply stated what she would like to see in office. Its as simple as that. People that twist and burn every word of one person really should consider thinking of the person they really are. Plus, this is the world wide web, not everyone is going to agree on things, doesn't mean we should make a war of it. If you voice your thoughts once then move on...doesn't give you the right to shun someone to leave the site, you have no clue about her, her past, her future, or her wants in life...some could possibly be simular to your own. I guess all I'm saying is before you brand someone why don't you take the time to get to know them.

IAGIRL sent me two PMs calling me a loser because I'm a SAHM and that I was too old to be raising a nine and six year old. Simply because I disagreed with her view. None of what she said was relevant to the discussion in the thread and she also was name-calling, but those responses were deleated.

Yes, she has a right to her opinion and we have the right to disagree with her.

Really? She personally emailed you to attack you?

Your right you have right to disagree with her but to taunt a person really shouldn't be a method on a website filled of mothers. From what I can see this woman isn't even on here or not active, at least not in this forum but she is still being attacked. I just wanted to throw out my opinoin looking from the outside in, this topic was about flags and thrown off track quickly, and looks to me like a bunch of caddy ladies having a bad day picking on one and attacking anyone that attempts to be civil on the matter. Its really sad, honestly.

I cannot speak for you because I have only seen you on a few threads. I try really hard to not get embroiled into spiteful arguements, but I have to say something here.

What I see is spite returned for spite, and not a lot of  turning the other cheek at all. If a person wants to follow Christ's example, she has to learn to turn the other cheek, and not return anger with anger. Also, the Bible speaks about respecting those in authority, yes even govt authority. The huge amount of disrespect I've seen thrown from the "Christian" side of the aise towards the President is off-putting to me. You can disagree with his policies, but it can be done in a respectful manner.

But, those of us that profess to be Christians must try a little harder to show kindness. If we are going to speak of Jesus, we really need to represent Him. And we can only do that if we speak love. ----- Absolutely, and remember, putting someone down for not believing as you do, or high fiving each other for good comebacks towards another person is not particularly christain.
