Romney: Obama Isn't Working, China Stealing Copyrights (video)
Mitt Romney has a new video out today, calling out President Obama on his failure to crack down on Chinese copyright infringement. Romney rightly draws the link between innovation and manufacturing jobs, and notes that if we don’t stand up to China, more and more high-tech manufacturing jobs will leave us.
Thats terrible..I can't believe they are getting away with all of that.
This is a big leak in the ship. IMO Romney has a strong analysis of what is going wrong with American industry and China's copyright violations are a big part of that.
My brother used to work for Motorola and now works for a Chinese company in Chicago. He's had so many patten litigation problems and stolen patten problems. He has to keep a journal on everything so he can prove when he came up with an idea so he can show he had it first.
He said he was also responsible for buying electrical components and the reliability from the Chinese knock offs were a huge problem for him.

This is why we need someone who knows how to fight fair in terms of business interests. It IS in China's long-term interests to cease the copyright infringements so it can sustain US trade relations and see a return in US bond holdings (loans.) Millions of Chinese are seeing today their lives improve because of innovation and democracy; there's not a better, more welcome juncture at which smart diplomacy can iron out the disfunction and promote what is driving progress.
The most pressing social issue today is the economy
