Both are stupid and both should get zero attention in my book

Do you believe that the documents that have been released are forgeries, or do you feel that it doesn't matter one way or the other?

Me personally? I don't think they are issue worth giving them the amount of attention they have been given. Does not being born in America reflect on what kind of president Obama has been? No. I realize the Constitutional argument behind it and all that jazz. To me, if it turned out he wasn't legally able to be president, Obama would be outed on a "technicality" rather than what he REALLY needs to be outed over. The Bain stuff is just trying to pin something.. anything on Romney because there just isn't much to use against him. It's a strategy to keep the focus off of Obama and he's failed promises and lack of presidential ability. It's another non-issue that has been given more attention than it deserves.
I think there is a huge difference between questioning a presidential candidates credibility and questioning his birth.
I honestly am not completely up to date on the Bain Capital issues. From what I have gathered so far. The Obama campaign said something negative about something Bain did involving outsourcing. Romney campaign said that happened after he left, but documents suggest his name was still attached to the company.
Will it affect Romney's campaign? Maybe, it depends on how well he can spin it, and whether or not it is still an issue closer to campaign time.
Personally, I think Romney lacks the life experience needed to truly lead this nation out of the hole we are in. He represents in my mind much of what has left our economy wrecked. A bunch of super wealthy individuals who buy power and then abuse that power to make themselves even richer.

You've got that backwards... it depends on how well the Obama admin can spin it to try to make it into a negative on Romney.
Obama is doing all he can to get the focus on Romney rather than have the American people scrutinize his record. Obama isn't running on his record. He can't. He doesn't really want any focus on what he has and hasn't done.
If it is really no big deal, then Romeny could put it to rest in a NY minute by releasing his tax returns during those years..If he was collecting a salary, if and how much he was profiting from Bain activities after his "departure" could all be answered with those returns.

How about an "I'll show you my tax records" from Romney if Obama releases the Fast and Furious records he sealed with Executive Privilege.
