We don't even know if the people being tortured are guilty of anything.
They aren't allowed to be tried in a court of law here in the US.
They aren't given due process, and therefore we don't get to know anything about it.
PLUS there are violations to the Geneva Convention.
You shouldn't be able to dole out vengence on people like letting loose a canon on a crowd.
