Katy Perry Sings for Obama—Check Out Her Patriotic Manicure!
The "Wide Awake" singer took to Twitter to profess her love for the commander in chief and show her support for his re-election bid after performing last night at a Los Angeles fundraiser for the president along with Bon Jovi, Jennifer Hudson, Stevie Wonderand Earth, Wind & Fire.
The words "Equal Rights" were also displayed in ink on her right hand next to an Obama campaign emblem reading "For All."
Wrapped in a stars-and-stripes-style outfit, Perry performed "Firework" and "Let's Stay Together" at the concert, dubbed 30 Days to Victory, which was also attended by the president, his good friend George Clooney and about 6,000 supporters.
Perry, 27, also got a patriotic manicure for the occasion by the look of another photo she posted featuring the prez's face and the Democratic donkey mascot on her red, white and blue-colored fingernails.
"Appropriate nails," she wrote.
Earlier in the day, she declared: "Today I am so honored to play for the President!"
Now that's what we call rockin' the vote!
