Virginia Romney Signs Vandalized and Smeared With Feces

 tsk tsk

<snip> Romney/Ryan signs are also being stolen and defaced, and in Virginia some were even smeared with what looks like human excrement. Central Virginia conservative talk radio host Rob Schilling from the Schilling Show, posted a *WARNING* YouTube video demonstrating just how nasty Obama supporters are getting. The video shows:

.. a GOP office with its window smashed in, expletive-laced rants presumably delivered at Republicans, and Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan signs torn down, defaced and smeared with what appears to be human excrement.

The clip (prefaced with a warning of “extremely graphic content”) on the “Schilling Show” blog, written by radio host Rob Schilling, begins with President Obama on the campaign trail telling attendees to “argue with them and get in their face,” a phrase he used in 2008 to encourage his supporters to talk to friends and neighbors about voting and accurately delivering his message, whether they were Republican or independent.

The clip then shifts to an expletive-laced rant labeled “Actual phone call received at Albemarle County, Virginia GOP Headquarters — September 11, 2012.”
It goes on to show a man tearing down yard signs at an Americans For Prosperity event in Charlottesville while screaming obscenities, then a montage of Republican political signs that have been defaced — in one case with excrement — and Nazi imagery plastered onto an AFP sign.

The video ends with the words “Don’t let Democrats, vandals, thieves, oppressors, intimidators, and tyrants silence you … Remember, NOVEMBER IS COMING.”

It’s a crime to steal campaign signs- it’s considered petty theft- but no-one seems to care. This is how divisive this country has become since Obama took office.

Fake hate crime alert: Leftists vandalize Denver Democrat HQ; Dems smeared Obamacare foes

I called out GOP fake hate crime perpetrator Ashley Todd last year and have documented a long list of hoax crimes across party, racial, and gender lines for nearly two decades.
So, the latest case of so-called progressives vandalizing a Democrat headquarters in Denver comes as no surprise. And neither does the initial attempt by Colorado Democrats to blame "hate" by "the other side" and to shamelessly tie the crime to town hall protesters.

A 24-year-old arrested this morning on suspicion of smashing 11 windows at Colorado Democratic Party headquarters tried to conceal his identity while allegedly committing the crime, according to police descriptions.
Maurice Schwenkler wore a shirt over his face, a hooded sweat shirt and latex gloves before he and another man fled the scene on bicycles, police said. Schwenkler was apprehended after a short chase. The other suspect remains at large.
While Schwenkler does not appear in the state's voter registration database, a person by that name in November 2008 received $500 from a political 527 committee called Colorado Citizens Coalition for "communications," according to campaign finance disclosures.
The accountant for the 527 appears to be the same woman who handles the books for many other Democratic-leaning political committees.
A Maurice Schwenkler also signed an online 2005 petition to free anti-war Christian protesters who were captured in Iraq.
State Democratic Party Chairwoman Pat Waak initially blamed the vandalism on animosity surrounding the health care debate, though Denver police declined to comment on possible motives.

If we're taking this stance, how do you know this wasn't done by a right winger? Both sides have crazies. That was my only point. People suck. For every crazy rightie, there's a crazy leftie right behind him. **shrugs**

Since Obama took office?  Reach back - way back - into your memory.  This divisiveness is not new since 2008.  There are jerks in both parties who choose to do things that are wrong.  That doesn't mean that everyone who supports a candidate approves of it or would do it.   Someone fired guns into an Obama state office - does that mean all republicans would do the same?

So Democrats are attacking Republicans and their property, and also shooting Democrat property, while pretendling to be Republicans (with latex gloves to prevent leaving fingerprints).  There is a whole crew of Democrat lawbreakers!

I'm going to take a wild guess - that there are more Democrat prison inmates than Republican.  I always notice that when there is a Democrat rally or gathering, they leave a ton of trash behind. At Republican gatherings, if you can you believe it, Republicans actually clean up after themselves and put trash in the trash can.

I don't understand why the democrat office being shot yesterday made news headlines, but when it's Republican signs being torn apart and offices shot at, it's not news headlines.

It's not right for either side to do this, but in the video, it seems that obama supporters are more enraged.

Look for this stuff to happen more and more the closer we get to the election.

Yes, the liberals here can get pretty nasty. Just down the street is really interesting......from what I hear they are all related (family)  A row of about 6 houses. Some began with Romney signs and I was interested to see what the other place would have.  Well 3 have BO signs.....and the Romney signs have disappeared, but no signs replacing them.  The police always seem to be at one of the houses.  I have a friend that lives across the street from one of the houses that also had a Romney sign....not related tho.  It seems the ones with the BO signs have been vandalizing the Romney signs and the homes that have those signs....! The strange thing is that they are related !

We don't put signs up anymore for that reason......

We have a Romney sign in our yard. So does about 70% of our neighborhood. There are only a few Obama signs.

No one touches them. Maybe conservatives just don't waste their time removing Obama signs because he has no change of winning in Alaska. Maybe the liberals don't bother because they know it won't do them any good.

I think both sides has nasties, but I would feel confident saying Obama supporters are definitely being nastier this time around in the southern states. I've heard some nasty things from Louisiana and Texas where my family are.
